Whether you're an entrepreneur, work in the corporate world, or are investing in your side hustles, the work-life balance is crucial to maintaining our well-being, mental health, and just being overall more happy. In todays reality, there is an assumption made that if you aren't apart of the 'hustle culture' then you're lazy, unmotivated, and lacking a sense of success. I'm here to break down that stigma and recognize the importance of balance, that we are meant to live to work and not work to live.

Our inner child is our child self from the past that holds our emotions, memories, and traumas. We all have an inner child, but our wounds and what we need to heal will be different. Characteristics we picked up in our childhood environment carry over into our adult lives, both the good and the bad, which is why connecting with them is so important in helping us to be better people. Grief is our mind and body's response to loss. This loss can be someone who is not living anymore or the end of a relationship, friendship, job, or something in our environment that causes us to change our daily lives/routine. The grieving process is part of human existence so transitioning our perspective to positively grieve can help us grow through the hurt, pain, and heart break as we become better versions of ourselves.
