The term wellness means the act of practicing healthy habits to remain in good health for a better life and we implement this through our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Muse by Mariah revolves around mind, body, and soul and after spending a few days in a wellness resort in Carefree, Arizona, I took many mindfulness classes and learned the importance of incorporating wellness routines in our everyday lives.
