Intention Setting for the New Year
Can you believe 2024 is already here?! I feel like it was just yesterday where I was sitting on top of a mountain, crying my eyes out over how shitty 2022 was, but here we are, NOT crying, and actually so excited to see what 2024 brings. We’ve all heard the term ‘New Year’s Resolution’ and I’m here to get that phrase out of your vocabulary and replace it with setting intentions for the new year which creates a positive, healthy lifestyle change, whether it’s getting up 10 minutes earlier everyday or sticking to your gym routine. These are some of my favorite ways to set intentions for the new year.
