Positively Grieving

Grief is our mind and body's response to loss. This loss can be someone who is not living anymore or the end of a relationship, friendship, job, or something in our environment that causes us to change our daily lives/routine. The grieving process is part of human existence so transitioning our perspective to positively grieve can help us grow through the hurt, pain, and heart break as we become better versions of ourselves.
