Vegan Chocolate Protein Milkshake

When I make protein shakes, I HAVE to add some kind of flavor to it in order to try to enjoy it. What many people don’t realize is how protein shakes, filled with whey, milk and dairy products, can actually do the opposite of what its purpose is. I finally found a better replacement that is easily enjoyable while you can get your macros in.

Ingredients

  • Oat or Almond Milk

  • Earth Grown Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Orgain Organic Chocolate Plant-Based Protein Powder

 

Instructions

  1. The easiest way to scoop the ice cream out is by cutting it through its packaging. For one serving, use 1/3 of Earth Grown’s Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream.

  2. Add 1 1/2 cups of either almond or oat milk.

  3. Add one scoop of your protein powder.

  4. (optional) Add additional supplements.

  5. Blend and enjoy!
