Mariah’s Protein Berry Smoothie Recipe

This is my favorite smoothie to make in the morning and to have after breakfast, either as a meal replacement for lunch, or it’s a perfect snack right after a workout. Berries have the lowest amount of sugar and carbs out of all the fruits, so this recipe is also keto friendly.

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Frozen Strawberries

  • Frozen Blueberries

  • Frozen Raspberries and Blackberries (optional)

  • Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides or your preferred brand of collagen.

  • Almond milk (or Soy or Oat, whichever you prefer)

  • Flax Seeds

  • Garden of Nature Super Greens Powder Mix

Instructions

  1. Add 3/4 cup of your milk to the blender. I always add my liquids first.

  2. If you want more of a smoothie consistency, add ice.

  3. Cut up your berries and add to the blender.

  4. Add one scoop of your preferred collagen, add one scoop of flax seeds, and any other supplements.

  5. Blend and enjoy!
