Self-Love & Body Empowerment

A revamp of my first ever podcast episode which also discussed self-love, with now 3 years of active healing and experience. Having self-love is the epitome of happiness and living a beautiful lifestyle. This week I am joined by Rachael, a self-love and body empowerment health coach, to discuss what self-love is, how we both define that, our experiences, and how to embody it. We also discuss body empowerment and how loving yourself in your own body is crucial in practicing healthy self-love.

 

Rachael is a self-love and body empowerment health coach. She combines neuroscience, mindfulness/meditation and holistic health to help women release body-shame, build healthy habits, and realize their true power so they feel confident and empowered in their body AND life, regardless of size or shape.
